This Privacy Policy explains how EV Diagnostics, a service of Langugo LLC, handles information when you use the public website.
Information we may receive
The public diagnostic site does not currently require an account. Like most web services, our hosting, security and network systems may process technical request information such as IP address, browser or user-agent information, requested URL, timestamps, response status and security events. This information is used to operate, secure and troubleshoot the service.
If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to include in your message, together with your email address and related correspondence.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the service, diagnose technical problems, respond to communications, prevent abuse, and improve data quality and website reliability. We do not sell personal information to advertisers.
Analytics and advertising
The current public site does not include first-party advertising trackers or a first-party behavioral analytics script. If analytics, advertising or consent-dependent technologies are introduced later, this policy and the Cookie Policy will be updated before they are treated as part of the public service.
Google Ads API and EV Keyword Intelligence
We operate an internal tool called EV Keyword Intelligence to understand search demand for electric-vehicle diagnostic topics. When an authorized Google account connects this tool, we use the Google Ads API and the Google Ads OAuth scope to request keyword ideas and aggregated historical keyword metrics such as search-volume estimates, monthly trends, advertiser competition and bid ranges.
We do not use this OAuth authorization to access Gmail, Google Contacts, Google Drive or unrelated Google account services. The tool is not designed to create or modify advertising campaigns, ads, budgets, billing settings or Google Ads account users.
OAuth client credentials and refresh tokens are stored on access-controlled infrastructure and are used only to maintain the authorized API connection. We may retain API-derived keyword ideas and aggregated metrics as internal research records for content planning and quality improvement. We do not sell Google user data or use Google account authorization data to build advertising profiles.
An authorized user can revoke the Google account connection through their Google Account security controls. A user may also contact us to request deletion of stored OAuth credentials and account-linked API data that we control, subject to legal or security retention requirements.
Embedded YouTube videos
Some diagnostic pages contain embedded YouTube videos using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com domain. Loading or interacting with an embedded video can still create a connection with Google/YouTube and may cause those services to process device, network or usage information under their own policies.
Sources and outbound links
Source citations can lead to manufacturer, regulator, technical-document or other third-party websites. When you follow an external link, the destination site controls its own data practices.
Retention and security
Operational logs and contact correspondence are retained only as reasonably needed for security, troubleshooting, business records and legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can browse the public knowledge base without creating an account. You may choose not to interact with embedded third-party media, and you may contact us regarding a privacy question or request concerning information you have provided directly to us.
